I swear. I feel bad for asking people to do things for me. Yet if it was someone asking me, I most likely would not hesitate. Especially when it involves ........ Screw em any way you can.
But come off it. Where the f... am I goign to find a lucid 82-85 year old that remembers all that is needed and have them write a letter etc. And, to top it all off, if I dont' do this asap, chances are there will be no one left of that age who would remember this shit.
GGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRR
I knew it seemed too easy. Yet I was hopeful.
Here I have been sitting back and wiating for news from Ottawa. WFN membership clerk gave them a call on Tuesday, left a message for them to call back. I ended up talking to her and discovered that my documents that were sent in September still were not scanned into their system. She went to go see where they were in the scheme of things and intened to call me back.
Well she called back and said that the documents I sent were no good as the people who signed were not of the age to be aware of who my mom or her father was.
BLAH.
So, now it's back to finding someone to sign who was born before 1927, as they want these people to be no less that 16 years older than Mom. They then have to sign a letter saying exactly how they came into the knowledge. Who told them, etc.
DOH. How the heck am I going to find people that are 82 fricken years old with enough wits about them to sign a piece of paper that says so and so is mom's biological father?
BASTARDS!
nuff of depressing stuff. Chin up, smile and move forward.
LOL, Hunter wants me to make him 10 mittens. He loves the mittens I make for him. I make them so that his fingers stick out the ends. I noticed he didn't like wearing other mittens that cover his whole hand, so thought I would make him half mitts, worked.
Darius wore the mitts I made for him as well. I made me some. Now I will be onto makeing leg warmers for me and Amber.
Doh, the knitting bug has caught me. Been collecting wool, trying to figure out how to store my knitting needles, have to make a case for them, so that I can organize them.
I did think about doing craft fairs this year, but it is already too late for that, dont' have much made and not enough time to make things, cuz the fairs are already starting to happen. There's one this weekend.
Have you ever had a premonition? Did you heed it?

Yep. I have had dreams of things that I couldn't possibly know of. IE: woke one night to a very loud ear shattering scream. With a feeling that something was wrong with my boyfriend. Then I found out he was injured on the job. He was a roofer and spilt the hot tar on himself. I also dreamed of a house, I could describe the yard, the street, the inside of the house. I saw a little boy playing in a sand box in the corner of the yard. It was my b/f's house that he grew up in. What the heck was this scary connection that I had with him?
Since then there have been little things. I used to be able to be able to read a deck of cards. I know what the next card was at least 80% of the time.
Have you ever returned an item to a store for a refund after having used it?
I am horrible for shoppers guilt, and subsequent returns at the stores where I shop. I probably have more than once, but when I've used it I try to only do it if it's broken.

I've had plenty of times where I feel I've done something before, like deja vu. Lots of times I'll have dreamed a certain situation, and only remember bits and pieces of it. Only enough to know that I dreamed it and that I remember dreaming. I also have this fabulous thing called intuition, LOL
As for heeding it, I guess so. When my intuition raises my red flags, or if my kids aren't comfortable (kids are great for things like that) I back out.
I was driving Amber to drop her off at Darius cub scouts meeting. Hunter was in the back seat asking question after question.
Where we going? Why? etc,
Going to drop mommy off at cub scouts at darius' school. Sweetie. Was my reply.
He was parotting back and says going to drop mommy off at darius's school, sweetie' Then he laughs and says 'nana you are not sweetie, I am sweetie'.
LOL, guess I got told.
We was at language class. When there we have to sign an attendance sheet. Instead of walking all the way over to the other side of the room. I asked Hunter if he would bring the booklet and pen over to the person way over there.
He took the book went and gave it to 'Joe'. I asked him to give him the pen as well. Hunter then looked very confused and started to look all around him, turning in a circle, with a puzzled look. Then asked "where is the pen?'.
I started to laugh, amber saw and laughed as well. Hunter had the pen in his hand. He looked at us for a second, was about to ask what we were laughing at when he noticed that he was holding the pen. He chucled and walked back over to hand the pen over.
was a long week. I hate the week back after holidays. It's always so dang busy.
I feel punk. I think I have been fighting something off for about a week now. Should I let it catche?
We put 2200 kms on the car. Travelled from here to Airdrie, Red Deer, Edmonton, then home down the yellowhead. Was a long trip home. We left Edmonton at 8 am and got home at about 8 pm. Was a long day. The worst part was from Westwold to Vernon. OMG. We did, at time, 60 km/hr, it's a 90 km zone. It was raining really hard, they were repaving so there was no center line, a couple of times I looked up we was on the otherside of the road. There was fog, it was dark and hard to see anything. That was the longest hour of our trip.
We went to Denny's for birthday breaky. I got Amber a headband that said Happy Birthday, she wore it all day. Then she came to bingo with us, but her and I ate something bad as we spent a lot of time in the washroom :(. I didn't eat from sunday morning till monday morning. We stopped at the casino on our way home, as they both got 5 bux to play on slots. At bingo they both got 10 bux towards their cards. Kim won 90 bux.
It's been a very long week at work. I am very thankful that it is friday.
What's the best new TV series this fall?
I don't normally catch too many episodes of tv shows, nevermind the new ones. I have caught few of The Good Wife and enjoyed them, but not enough to become a faithful follower.
