What's the last movie you saw in the theater? Rented?
GI Joe. Although I'm leaving in half an hour to see Inglourious Basterds.
I can't remember the last time I rented a movie... cause I download most of em. =)
BC Lions tickets, free from work. =D Finally, tickets to something I want to go to.
Of course, I'm desperately hoping they'll do a Canucks thing at some point.

About to start collecting my first TV series, Xena, but it's freakin hard to find. Also want L Word on DVD at some point. Buffy is really cheap per season, less than $30, so I wouldn't be surprised if I got the entire series.
Note:
- Buffy is old (ended 4 years ago), but good, and is the cheapest right now ($20, seriously. wonder when this sale will end).
- Xena is old (ended 6 years ago), and not as "good" - but has the whole cult following - and is going for about $62/season.
- L Word is current and really popular due to the whole lesbian niche thing, and is about $68/season with the least # of eps per season - 12 or 13. Damn.
Anyways, I do technically own a different TV series, Father of the Pride. Other than that, I have Red vs Blue, seasons 1 - 3. They've been "lent out" for over 8 months now. =P

Hopefully buying tickets to a Canucks game on Tuesday, so maybe I'll post those when I get em! In fact, I almost guarantee I will. I haven't seen a Canucks game in years!
"Halo 3" was released this week - did you get a copy? What are your early thoughts on this final installment of the blockbuster trilogy?
I almost bought a copy even though I don't own an Xbox 360. One day, one day... I also looked at the Halo 3 controller, but it had crappy graphics on it - why couldn't they just make it cool camo, or, as Sam suggested, Master Chief armor-esque? I really like the look of the Halo 3 360 console (hello, orange highlighting!), but 20gb harddrive, eek!
Anyway, Sam and I finished the campaign in normal in 5 hours (took a 1 hour break to watch House). I was very happy with the ending, it wasn't some stupid lame fight like Halo 2. Next is conquering legendary (I think that's the next difficulty?)!
We need to learn how to use the items in a somewhat effective fashion - more often than not would accidentally use an item and be like "oh yeah I got some weird item".
Wasn't pleased to find there was still no map function, but it wasn't that confusing, especially since they put in a partial measure and added objective markers.
New vehicles are always fun, but the warthog will always be my favourite. I could drive a warthog ALL DAY LONG!
